I ask all my readers to do what I did today. I was thinking of all these stupid small things I do that I regret through out the day but I challenge you, life a life of no regrets. I am starting today and I haven't had anything today that I regret. But I wanted to make sure I always have this feeling, so I wrote myself a letter and I am going to read it every morning and however many times I need to through out the day to make sure I don't do something I regret or don't do something that i'll regret.
