Here we go with week three of spiritual Sunday. 

Notes:
-everyone is born with the light of Christ... Mormons non Mormons everyone. 
-the temple is like the holy kingdom when you run into people you know you will always have time to catch up and see someone new. 
-when you lie to someone your body is weaker ( true statement. Josh's name isn't Parker!! ;) )
-then here are some gifts of the Holy Ghost 
  =Really understand Heavenly Father
  =All of the gifts - D&C 107:92
  =Healing
  =Being washed clean, Repentance - 3rd Nephi 27:20
  =Who/How do I trust? - D&C 11:12
  =Discern and Identify spirits 1 Corinthians 12:10
  =Your exact needed gift - 1 Corinthians 7:7 & D&C 46:11
  =The ability to prophesy
  =Gift of speaking other languages
  =Wisdom
  =Faith
  =Understanding other languages
  =Filled with wisdom and understanding - exodus 31:3
  =Being lead to do good D&C 11:12
  =Being strong, impressive, doing well at jobs/tasks - Daniel 6:3
  =How to handle Bullies/Enemies
This last one really struck me hard because of recent situations. And honestly if you forgive them you'll be blessed greatly! 
-If you have charity filled and virtuous thoughts the Holy Ghost will always be with you. 
-once your trial is fully met the blessings will be bestowed either in this life or the next but you will always get them. 
-you always have other options in life. Look for the best one. 
-Melissa Despain talked with us girls today about having faith and the paths she could have taken. But she is amazing and one of my role models! She is always so stylish, happy and full of the light of Christ I am so glad she's in my ward! Thanks for everything you do Melissa! :)
-god allows boys and girls to leave their families behind for 18 months to 2 years to help others be together forever. 
-you can't pick and choose the commandments you follow, you're either in or out you can't keep switching teams.

-The Light of Christ in the Bible Dictionary (2nd paragraph)
-D&C 121:45
-other scriptures mentioned above 

Challenges:
-pray to Heavenly Father and have him help you with your burdens. 
-read your scriptures daily
-attend the temple ( I am wanting to go every Saturday, with the exception of this Saturday due to sweethearts. Does anyone wanna come with me? ) this week I wanna go on Tuesday.
-look for god in everything you do. 

This Sunday has really helped me understand Faith and the Holy Ghost a lot more and hope you all took something out of this post like I did.
