// sweethearts 2013 \\
okay so i was told by everyone i hung out with on friday that i need to blog about it..we didn't do anything crazy but it was a BLAST we had so much fun it was crazy.
Friday went a little like this:
-Slept in..no school hallelujah
-went to Sarah's to make cookies for the day activity Sat.
-hung out with Josh, Powell and Ry at Jimmie Johns
-went to get our nails done by Melissa
-came back to Ry's house to hang out with the boys again.
-we played Taboo.. holy junk it was crazy! Sarah and Ry were going at it. there were some moments to remember in that game like.
=Josh saying, "it happens when..." and Ry shouting, "earthquake" how the crap do you get that? he was right it was amazing.
=I don't remember who was up but they said, "it guides you," so naturally as all of us are Mormons Sarah says, "Liahona" and Anna or Ry shouts, "the spirit," me being the realist in the group says, "compass" we had a good laugh out of that one.
=Josh is a dog/cat/dinosaur.... it was an interesting night.
=Ry gets so into games that he needs to take laps..it was quite the game.
BUT the REAL part of my CRAZY weekend was Sweethearts.
This dance is going to set the bar pretty high for any other dance..ever..it was that great!
MY DATE: Josh McIff aka the sweetest kid at Alta High like no joke, i love this kid to death..and he hasn't ever done anything mean to anyone..well except Spencer Taylor but that was Zosh NOT Josh! :)

MY ACTIVITIES:
day:
so we told the boys that we were going to decorate cookies which we did and they were amazing..well except Josh's he couldn't even eat it because there were sprinkles, Twizzlers, sour patch kids, icing all on his sugar cookie nasty josh nasty!!
BUT THEN...that's not all we were going to do..we planned a Nerf war and man was it great i took the first shot and totally nailed josh! score one for me.. but then the boys got guns and we played it fair..boys vs. girls ( can i just say the boys are wimps ) they all stayed in the theater room the whole time..no one came out so i went in and uhhhh i kinda got shot by every guy at least twice.. boys 20 girls 0 yikes shake that one off..but by the end of the game it was kinda a draw, boys were out, girls were out and we had to go get ready for our big date that night!
dinner:
we went to Madeline's holy cow..did we chose a great place or what..it was amazing! and sitting across from the bros was probably the funniest thing..ever. they are hilarious..
lets write that in my book ( yeah Sarah i know i can't do it like Jake can but can i pretend i'm as cool as him? ) oh but I might add that my boutonnière was the only one that stayed perfectly! I am a pro. I totally coulda done Nates at homecoming I'm a whimp!! I even fixed jakes and Ryan's! Go me:)
dance:
well not only did we have the best couple picture, putting our chap stick on, dancing was a blast! i didn't even get as hot and sweaty as i usually do but i danced just as crazy! man it was so fun. but let me tell you dipping in a long dress with a ton of people isn't a great idea..it was funny cause i totally almost lost my balance once and hit my head on someone the next time. i also learned how to Waltz its surprisingly easy you just need room and we definitely didn't have any of that.
after:
we drove in the snow..it was so fun can i just tell ya! we all got to Sarah's house and we had some food and started with Taboo but it wasn't as fun as it was on Friday Night..so we played signs..holy cow. when you got that game going fast it was a blast! but can i just say that Billy and David are probably the best people at that game..they had the best signs and played like champs way to be boys!
it was a great dance it was seriously amazing it gonna be a hard one to beat that's for sure! thanks josh for being the best date and thanks to everyone who rode in my car for making the car rides amazing with you Les Mis singing, jokes, recording, etc. thanks guys Sweethearts 2013 would be a success if you ask me. :)

P.S. after we dropped Josh off for the day activity Sarah found out she is going to India with Y.M.A.D. for two weeks in November. I am so proud of her but i am definitely gonna go ahead and say it cause everyone knows its only because of the gift i got her not because she had a great outfit, perfect personality, and pure heart or anything.. definitely not! :) Sarbear i am so proud of you, you are going to be amazing in India..and you better bring me cool stuff back! :)
