••attitude adjustment••

I've always wanted to be that girl who people want to hang out with. I want to be that girl that when people see her they smile. I want to be that girl that is always happy inside and out. 

It's all too often that I am grumpy Jordyn. I am always told that you can't change what happens to you but you can change your attitude about it. So I don't know why I would ever chose to be grumpy, mad, or sad. It's miserable. 

"Every day isn't a good day but there is good in everyday."

Spring break couldn't have come sooner for me. Cause this week is the start of the "new jordyn" the new happy Jordyn. Everyone can benefit from an attitude adjustment mine starts now. 

I am cleaning out my iPod, room and insides. This week my schedule is to daily
-workout 
-eat healthy
-list 10 services I did
-list 10 good things about the day
-write a letter to someone
-be happy

You should all make a list of things you can do to be happy as well! It's spring break week so you have plenty of time to get used to your list and put it into effect in your life.
