|| spiritual sunday: week 10 ||

week 9 i was in Arizona and we didn't go to church, i'm bad i know.

but week 10 is here and it was amazing!!

notes:
=sometimes revelation can come as a small protective voice.
=if you want to talk to heavenly father pray; if you want to know what he is saying back to you read.
=the scriptures are just a guide book our ancestors left for us.
=why do we always forget the scriptures can help us the most in the hardest of times.
=Charity is the pure love of Christ
=Those who are found with charity in the last days will be full with Christ.
=scripturse may mean something different everytime we read them. why not try it out?
=those that can say i love the book of mormon and read it with open hearts and minds will feel their problems can be resolved.
=godly sorrow: don't let us think we aren't good enough but to move forward not wanting to do a sin again.
=be sincere with your repentance
=we need to attach ourselves to christ so we will always want to be with christ.
=christ atoned for everyones sins, remember that and tone your sins down and come closer to christ to make his atonement worth it.
=atonement: at-one-ment (ment meaning purpose) means you become at one with your purpose.
=christ teaches us and tries to perfect us we have to be willing to accept the teachings.
=we are an investment of gods. don't let him down.
=god is the divine designer, he didn't make us just to die but to live forever.

challenges:
- pray to Heavenly Father and have him help you with your burdens. 

- read your scriptures daily

- attend the temple ( I am wanting to go every Saturday, does anyone wanna come with me? ) 

- look for god in everything you do. 

- make good choices

- write a letter to a missionary

- live like you could leave on your mission tomorrow 

- ask Heavenly Father for opportunities to serve

- live your life so that when you are prompted by the Holy Ghost you feel it and act on it
- not only do something but become something in the church.

- actively look for solutions/answers in your life. 
- clean off your ipod/phone of all "bad" music that can affect your life and choices.
- Look for God and other "helpers" on your "Road to Emmaus
- work on following through with your goals.
- take steps neccesary to feel the holy Ghost and love of god.
- wax stronger in humility and yield your heart to god.
- (?) be Aaron and Herr hold up the arms of those in need.
- invite someone new to come to church with you, or go to church with them it can make a huge difference.
- analyze yourself if you need change start with an attitude change.

okay so all of my spiritual sunday posts have looked like this..do you like it? should i expand? do you like lists? do you like how you can read all the notes, scriptures and challenges in different places? i know there are at least 100 different people that read this blog.. please give me your feedback. in a comment below, on FB, email, text message, at school where ever just let me know what i can do to make this blog more successful.
