|| spiritual sunday : week 7 ||
okay everyone! here it is week 7 of spiritual sunday..can you belive its already been 7 weeks this year? it feels like no time at all! well here are my notes for today!
notes:
-we can't change the things that happen to us in our lives but we can change our attitude towards them.
-music is an awesome way to feel the spirit.
-eternal life: exaltation in the highest of heavens.
-immortality: living forever
-eternal life and immortality together: living together with God forever.
-today 9 kids bore their testimony and that was probably the cutest thing, little kids are such great examples to us all!
-we will be "stuck" in our degree of glory we attain we will be able to go lower but not higher.
-your divine nature are things you do/learn here on Earth to help you in the next life.
-through the little things we need to be undaunting and faithful
-kittens turn to cats, puppies turn to dogs, children of God turn into Gods, are you prepared for that?
-we have a list of things we know but we only know them because the holy ghost has taught them to us.
-have your eyes been open on the road to Emmaus? who is walking beside you? (friend, family, jesus christ, god, the holy ghost?) the sooner we find god on or road to Emmaus the sooner we will be happy.

challenges:
- clean off your ipod/phone of all "bad" music that can affect your life and choices.
- Look for God and other "helpers" on your "Road to Emmaus"
today was a great day at church! even though i was so tired from prom last night, it was a great day. check out my prom post coming to you around 7ish tonight!! :)

- pray to Heavenly Father and have him help you with your burdens.
- read your scriptures daily
- attend the temple ( I am wanting to go every Saturday, does anyone wanna come with me? )
- look for god in everything you do.
- make good choices
- write a letter to a missionary
- live like you could leave on your mission tomorrow
- ask Heavenly Father for opportunities to serve
- live your life so that when you are prompted by the Holy Ghost you feel it and act on it
- not only do something but become something in the church.
