so as some of you may know yesterday my car (the beast broke down) i was coming down the road from Indian Hills to 10th East and at the stop sign my car shuts down. It turns OFF completely..i had to put it in park and start it again..thank goodness it started but it sounded so bad it wasn't even funny. Candace Cheney is my witness..thank fully it started up again after school but it sounded SO much worse that it already does..and for those of you who have heard my car..you know its BAD! (Halloween group..i hope you know that your making fun of the beast was what shut it down for good.i blame you people) But i drove it to get my brothers from school and it shut off at Sunrise then it started and i made it to Indian Hills called my dad and took it to Big O Tires..they looked at it and told me my motor was going... I asked my mom how much a new motor would be.. She said more than the car was worth.. So i again live in Suncrest with no car again...my life is done. I wa...

so this past week has been crazy!  on Wednesday it was Halloween and man was it fun..my friends and I didn't go to the crazy Godfrey party but we had so much fun. dinner at Sarah's then trick or treating and then a Bon fire at my house. it was way fun!! :) when everyone left Parker B, Will N, Ashleigh and I were still out by the fire for a while after everyone else left. we had a pretty awesome conversation. did you guys notice Will Nelson looks like Channing Tatum? cause he does it's crazy! :)  then last night was the alta game @ Syracuse. it was a crazy game. I had so much anxiety it was bad. Ask Sarah and Candace how bad I was freakin out. It was a good season while we had it goin for us. I am sorry that we couldn't go further seniors. and I'm even more sad that I probably won't be apart of alta nation next year. and that makes me so sad!  It is seriously the hardest decision that I have to make for my senior year. going to Corner Canyon or Alta. it is r...

okay so the Halloween Dance was last night and if you saw me today you could totally tell because i have the Halloween Dance Hangover, my neck hurts, my legs are sore, my voice is gone, and i basically fell asleep in sacrament meeting this morning. This dance set the bar pretty high for the rest of my high school dances..it was great! My date was awesome, my group was the BEST, our costumes were the cutest, we had a great time! :) so yesterday the day went a little something like this: Ashleigh and I went to pick up Sarah Willes and all of our dates (Maverick, Dillon and Will) (plus can's date Sam cause Candace was taking the ACT) but we rode in The Beast and got to Mikail's house for breakfast, it was probably the best thing i have ever had in my life..it was amazing! (Thanks Mikail's mom!) then we carved pumpkins. each couple came up with an idea for someone to carve wrote it down and picked them out of the bowl..Dillon and i got a hippo..it was kinda dif...

so in the SLC area here the weather can be completely bipolar, a zillion degrees one day and the next there can be snow! Its crazy! i personally LOVE fall weather but i hate it for the reason it lasts about a week and then we have winter... don't get me wrong i love winter but if i had the choice between summer and winter summer would win everytime! this morning driving to school suncrest got the foggy haze kinda thing where you can't see more than 5 feet in front of you, its kinda sketchy to drive in, but i managed, but when we were passing the temple it was the coolest thing, it had that kinda eery fog to it but it was way cool, i tried to get a picture of it, but it didn't work too well..it was really blurry. maybe i'll post it on insta or something! today has been a so very busy day -i went to school -got my brothers from school -went to my moms work -went to walmart(ran into Sarah Willes) -went to Target(didn't find tights :/ ) -am sitting at the li...

going to alta is quite a problem for me because everyone always dresses nice cause they all have a lot of money... not me. cause i don't get many hours and i don't babysit nearly as much. idk why everyone calls the younger girls in the ward more now cause i definitely need it more than them. paying for dances, gas, entertainment, food, clothes...yeah its a lot to take in. i feel like i have decent style but i can't really show it because i have no money! :( that's why i look forward to christmas cause all i am asking for is money for clothes and gas.. gas: a money guzzler...seriously, its an inevitable cost and living in Suncrest i feel like im just wasting most of it going up the mountain.. don't get me wrong there are some great things about it up here on top of the world but if i had to choose between living off the mountain in Draper or Sandy or Suncrest there would be no doubt about it, i would choose off the mountain in a HEART BEAT.  Right now i reall...

its fall break for canyons district baby!! and i have NO plans.. :/  i have no idea what to do..what is everyone doing this weekend or what is there to do?? but today..i took the PSAT @ 7:15 it was long cause we didn't get out till 11:15 but it was so EASY! but i realized i really should pay attention in English cause that part took me so much more time than the math sections.  but then school started at noon..it was the greatest cause after the test i went and got lunch/breakfast at einsteins, except pretty much everyone at alta was there cause the line was SO long! there were six people in the drive through and they were all from alta it was ashley, matt hunter (i think..) and a few other girls that i recognized from seeing them around.. it was crazy but i think i waited a total of 10 minutes in line for my two simple bagels..dang people.. but it was great cause in seminary the three guys in front of Abby and i gave us a good laugh for a reason we should probably ke...

its amazing how much talent Alta high has! there are a ton of people coming out with albums and singles. its amazing! -its not as recent as the other ones but the first was Kate Pearson w/ Every Step ( check it out here ) its a song written for Gentry Hansen (who fought through her disease and is doing great now!! :) [ also its on iTunes check it out!! :) ] -another more recent one is Edlinger's (Connor Olivier) song We're All the Same, w/ Tyler Teerlink these guys are amazing! its Tyler singing and Connor rapping (i am pretty sure) way to be guys..sounding good! :) ( check them out here )  -one you probably have heard about...Ellee Duke.. she's kinda a big deal at Alta! She has a whole Album on iTunes she has so many covers i couldn't pick what one i wanted to share (but she kinda did something similar to Kate and wrote a song for someone at our school, Lexe Selman, who was diagnosed with leukemia. so here that one is  I Came to Win-Ellee...
