today at sevenish i am going to the Ron Pope concert! :) with my sister! i am so excited! i don't really know that many of his songs but the ones i do i am in love with them!  my favorite song of is A Drop in the Ocean  i am so excited for a lot of reasons... -i am going with my sister -im going to a concert for the first time..  (besides NSYNC when i was 6) -i get to see ron pope live -i get to wear layers and boots in the outside fall weather thats about it..but i am mostly excited cause this is my first concert really..sad i know.. i wish my first one was the one last night (Carrie Underwood and Hunter Hayes) but don't worry i had a concert in my room last night. i listened to Hunters album on repeat i know for a fact it woulda been 1000x better live but having the album is good enough since i couldn't. but i'll post about it tonight or tomorrow. :) xoxo jordyn standage

this week i haven't gotten much sleep.. monday night-3 hours tuesday night-4 hours i don't know why but i just haven't been able to fall asleep lately.   so today i came home and took a shower cause i totally forgot i had anything today and then i laid down..again i couldn't fall asleep. laid on my bed for about an hour and still couldn't fall asleep. but right now as i am typing this post my eyes are drooping and i feel like i could fall asleep any second but the moment i want to i'll be right awake.  but i have been able to do something this week. ive found so many new songs and artists that I L-O-V-E.. have you guys heard of Jayme Dee? Shes amazing! I love her songs rules and tip toes. They are amazing, they have been on replay for the whole weekend!   yesterday i worked for 6 hours and 15 minutes, it was pure torture..the mall was EMPTY. literally empty i think i had 10 customers at the max.. the security guard came by and asked me how i was doing since h...

so this weekend has been a 4-day weekend. on Thursday: at school one of the wrestlers brought his stereo and was playing gangnam style..there were guys dancing up and down the hall...i was laughing so hard! but later that night i had a sleepover with my best friends..i was kinda in a bad mood for lots of reasons so i wasn't that much fun...but we didn't really do much, we did go to uswirl in candaces new car! (its the cutest thing of my life!) then we just hung out at cans house all night..and whats really amazing is that i pretty much fell asleep on candaces bed at 10:30 i was dead tired! so we moved into the theater room around 10:45 and i was out in a solid 2 minutes...so much for YOLO... what ever that sleep was needed!   they had just stopped   now going back down the hall! :)   when my best friends are in the car behind me having a dance party with out me :(  uswirl date! :)    asher..is OBSESSED! candace is so cute! :) ...

1- it's a five day weekend at alta this weekend and I haven't made any plans at all I just wanna get caught up on homework/sleep/tv shows (even though I'm not really following any shows right now..any good ones I should check out??) 2. If I could have any talent in this world it would be singing.. It gives you the best opportunities. I'm watching the x-factor now (yes I'm in on a Friday night sad..but I'm babysitting cause I need money.) and it just seems amazing. Because after watching Draper Idol, Alta Idol, The Voice, and The X-Factor people get so far even if they lose. It's amazing. I mean my car, guitar and shower  sometimes get some of my tunes but I'm not good enough to go big or anything :)  3. I'm bringing out my fall clothes now.. Pulled some boots/high tops out as well as jeans(and that's big cause I HATE pants, with a capital  "H"  I wear shorts in the winter all the time. But I pulled out some of my colder clothes  4...

this week hasn't been my week so to say its been nothing but bad news after bad news after bad news...I'm sick of it.  I hate drama, I hate it, I avoid it at all costs, maybe that's why I don't have that many friends cause with friends comes drama..(but still I would love some more close friends)  I don't like being talked about behind my back...especially when it's literally begin my back and I hear you..girls really? have some class. be classy not trashy.. whatever I'm not gonna fight back. ill let you have your "fun" just wish my friends understood.  okay sorry this is kinda a vent post cause I just need to let it out. this week has been terrible. can anyone hang out this weekend? go see some movies, chill at the park, go on a bike ride with me?  hope you've had a better week than me  xoxo  jordyn standage//

sometimes in weeks like these my Tuesday was worse than my Monday... yesterday was pretty great cause my Halloween dance date Dillon Rawson answered me (hello alliteration) but he gave me some sweets which have honestly helped me get through this terrible Tuesday.. thanks pal!!  This week Tuesday couldn't go by any slower! the only thing I am still looking forward to today is falling asleep so it can be Wednesday!!  hope you all didn't have that terrible of a Tuesday!!  xoxo jordyn standage 

  okay so this past week has been crazy town.. with everyone asking to Halloween Dance, of course it gave me anxiety so i asked to.. the dance is still 27 days away but no biggie right?    i think asking brought more anxiety on my friends cause all 700 guys they were gonna ask had already been asked or couldn't go..but i think i gained about 10 peoples numbers getting myself and friends dates. but that's a good thing right? :) and now according to Isabel we are real friends cause we have each others numbers.   cutest thing happened today, my little 7 year old brother gets in the car and says "jordyn i am gonna ask you what your name is," i was like...uhh okay.. and he was like look at me. i was just a little bit confused and didn't so 1 i couldn't look and 2 he said my name when he was asking my name 3 you hear people ask your name not see them. but he knew i was in sign language and he asked me what my name in sign language was. i responded ...
