so as most of you may know i work at the mall ( along with 3 other jobs ) but i work at the mall.. So i am constantly passing stores and looking falling in love with everything in the store but i just don't make that much..depressing i know. BUT you do see a lot of stuff that goes on and i usually get the Saturday morning shift i've had it for the past three weeks covering for other people but i saw today -free hug people (one group of cute guys, group of girls, and a group of older "stranger" people) but i got probably a total of 20 or 30 hugs.. thats probably more than ive ever gotten from people i actually know..( not really but i don't get hugs that often ) -MRS. BATEY! she was at the mall today, she remembered my name and said i worked for satan.. cupcakes really aren't of satan are they?? -the cutest little girl, mom and grandma. they sat on the bench in front of me talked to me and kept me company for seriously probably an hour. the mall was so s...

i have no idea what to post about...there isn't anything new except: -my best friend is in Chicago -i have to finish adding onto my homecoming dress -my homecoming date likes Utah.... -the BYU vs. Utah game is on Saturday -I work on Saturday (COME VISIT me at the mall!!) -there isn't gonna be a day date for homecoming cause of football :(  [ i was really looking forward to it cause i don't really know Nate, but he seems way chill ] -i have painted my nail 5 times already this week.. -i can barely sit because of a hard core power lifting work out yesterday -i miss my little sophomore best friends ( Sydney Adams  and Kenzie Camac )             Why in the world did you guys have to leave me i miss you so much!? -i have a financial lit test tomorrow that i am gonna ACE! -i am joining HOSA -i am also joining National Honors Society -and i might possibly join FBLA but only for you Powell -im kinda nervous for homecoming cause..i don'...

So..as most of you have found out by now...i got asked to homecoming!! aka my FIRST dance! :)  PRIOR TO GETTING ASKED: -Ashleighs car broke down on 13th, we barely made it to Draper Park parking lot! -I worked from 4-10 -Then worked on homework from 10:30-12...Pre-Calc sucks! -felt sick and dizzy at work ASKING: He asked me Thursday night which seriously was the best cause i was having the worst day ever!  But i wasn't home when he asked me i was at work but my mom said come in the front door and lock it..she never says that cause i can lock it from inside...but i did it and to my  surprise  there was a white board asking me to homecoming.. Yes, i am an idiot cause i went over each name to see if they all erased and i went over all of them and they all looked like they erased so i thought it was a joke at first..then i tried again and Nate Teahan was left on the board along with Jordyn. Homecoming? It was pretty great! :)   this is what i wal...

Getting to know YOU! So most of you know me by now as the awkward blogger... :)  But i really dont know any of you i have 2 "legit" followers but i have about 2000 profile and blog views and i am 100% sure its not just Nicole Sousa, My mom and Melissa Despain ( shes not a "official" follower but i know she is cause shes the only one that really comments!! ) that read my blog. I know Ashleigh and Taylor read my blog to cause they are always making a comment about it. and i know more than those 5 read it cause in Financial Lit. Max and Dallas have said they read my blog..so i know of at least 7 of you but the other 20-30 of you. Who the crap are you? Blog about the lack of good movies in redbox(there really were 0 ZERO movies that we haven't seen or wanted to see - lame) ......or how the word hoeberry is the new thing(ash tried callin me a hobo and was reading the word seminary and somehow between that the word hoeberry was called...please don't call me that!!) ..... Or how we like to go shopping and my mom buys you cloths that your mom won't like so I wear them so she will like them(idk what it is but if I bought a piece of clothing and wore it my mom would HATE it with a Capitol HATE but then if Ashleigh wore the same thing my mom would fall in love...she thinks I'm a hobo/hoeberry great).... Or how we are in the same house but we still text each other because we are so lazy(we were sitting in SG and I thought she was upstairs but we were having a three way chat with my sister and we were texting each other...awk...

the first week of school is now officially O-V-E-R over! hallelujah I couldnt be happier and now it's a long weekend. yes! so  I realize: • I need to go to sleep earlier (7 hours isn't enough so 10 o'clock it is) • I need to write down my homework cause I'm like 99% sure I have short term memory loss! • there are some pretty cute sophomores • seminary will probably be my least favorite class cause I know no one  my locker...it's a bottom one again for real?? • I need more friends  driving to school is 100% better than being dropped off • I still don't really know the school song, well the first part I know it after the A-L-T-A part • that high school is sucking the money out of us        -10$ sports med        -10$ English        -70-80$ on graphing calculator       -10-20$ for books in English        -20$ for a club        -10$ for a financ...

So today at school i learned: -that my history teacher is crazy.. ( but really funny ) - i have a class with 100 kids in it all at the same time.. ( its a teacher at Jordan that is being broadcasted to Hilcrest and Alta...its pretty legit! They all got to meet me today cause i went on screen! (PS...that class will be the best!!) -when you say Hi my name is Jordyn from Alta on screen in front of kids from Jordan they will laugh at you and say you should go to Jordan..(even though i didn't hear them..Andrew Bell just told me that) -my teacher, Mrs. Batey, ( who looks like Edna from Incredibles and acts like Lily from Princess Diaries ) is crazy funny and there are a lot of people in my class...  -that people will think you are weird if you tell them you had a hair growing out of your tongue...( max and jackson!! ) -that Dallas Nielsen reads my blog..? -the girls power lifting class will be the bomb. -that sophomore transfer students from Orem that play lax, that...
