ever since i found out where we were going for YMAD i have been stalking it like crazy!! I mean look at this place and these people Jibhi is beautiful! this is a super short post but i cannot wait to get there on april 11th. this place looks amazing, i have no idea what the orphanage looks like or who the children are, but jibhi already has my heart!  I am looking at the 2 expeditions pictures they got back on Monday and i am so in love with all these pictures!I was totally crying looking through them!!  + if anyone knows of ways i can get money.. PLEASE LET ME KNOW! need a babysitter, someone to shovel, someone to go shopping for you? CALL ME PLEASE i still need quite a bit of money for my deadline in January! xoxo Jordyn Standage 

Today is thanksgiving, obviously, its the day we get a bunch of food and are thankful for everything we have.  (even though tonight people will be punching others out for things they don't have but want) this thanksgiving is so different from last thanksgiving. in many aspects of my life. i am a senior, i am a charger, my friends, im going to inida and so many more things but i would say i am thankful for all the changes in my life. they have been huge but have been amazing and such a blessing to me. < i am thankful for > my family: even though they are the most annoying people sometimes, i still love them. i love my dad and how he takes me to seminary every morning! i love my mom and how she works at the school and is my teacher, i love having one of my best friends always in the same place as me, even though she embarasses me a ton. i love my sister and even though she takes my entire wardrobe i still love her cause that means i get hers. i love my brother jt becau...

Last night was disco skate night at classic skate and it was a blast like always! There were so many people there it was crazy ive been there many times but never when it was that busy! But it was fun to see some of my CC friends, Alta friends, YMAD friends, ALE friends, and even some EFY friends... wow I have a lot of acronym friends... CC, YMAD, ALE, EFY.. yet I got no pictures :( I hate that. I love pictures to remember things but I never remember to take them until after the fact! When Emily and I got there Jacob saw us and he had been their since 8:30ish, which would explain why he was so amazing at skating! He has some pretty good skills on the rink!!  But he also had 3 hours to practice. Emily had blades which made her life easier than skates! She was fast so I was alone for most skating, but I got to say hi to most of my friends so it was all good! Attention Hawks: I just hope you know that I am sorry for putting you down so much at the beginnig of the year, its just that Alta didnt leave me with the best memories with people and try outs the 2 years I was there. I ended the year with no achievements that I wanted and people with bad attitudes towards me. It wasnt that great. Yes, not everything at Alta was terrible I mean I went to dances with the greatest guys, I got a round of applause in Bateys class the day I got my braces off, I loved going to all the games, and all the other activites we had there. But it just wasnt what I wanted high school to be like, so I came to CC. And I love it here, but you guys cant get mad at me for having school pride. Because I know for a fact that you have school spirit and trash talk us all the time. It sucks that all my friends from last year are on their missions, except 1 but he will be out in May!  I couldn't be prouder of these boys, it's insane how long they have already been gone, Ryan has been out since July. It's November already, i hope the time keeps flying by like it is right now. These boys are amazing I look forward to Josh's posts every week, I haven't emailed or written jake yet and Ezra has already emailed me he's officially been gone 1 week now! He has only about killed 2 guys ;) just kidding. I miss them all so much. But they are doing amazing and they all sound like they are having fun in Cali, Rhode Island, Peru and the MTC. I love missionaries.  A role model of mine is in the Philippines right now she is fine thankfully but she is getting transferred. This past Friday was ALE, Aggie Leadership Extravaganza it was the best thing. I got to go up to Utah State at 6:00 a.m. With Brinley Searle the way up sucked cause Brin was asleep the whole way. Siri was the only form of entertainment! But once we got up there we stopped at Einsteins and man that woke us up we had so much sugar in us after that!  We got there and ran into some hawks, and man I miss them! Then we ran into the thorsens, Cody and Erica! We started playing some warm up games to get to know everyone. I had a blast with that alone. But then the race started and I was placed on team Mario with Dusty and Julian. Well eventful week last week- Sunday Ezras farewell Monday-Godfrey party Wednesday-ward Halloween party Thursday-Halloween with Ashley, Blake, Ecum (sam and evan too) Friday-Fear Factory with Ashley, Lucky and Blake Saturday the dance with Brandon :) It was hectic and I am dead tired but cant fall asleep so ill blog naturally! Halloween this year Ashley and I werent really feelin it so while our friends went out Ash and I made plans to go to fear factory, they bailed so we saved the tickets, we instead just hung out at the lees with 1st Ecum and Evan then Sam came then Blake came then Sam and Evan left so Blake, Ash, ecum amd I were watching a movie when the rest of the crew gets back. They were all mad cause ash and I werent feeling the whole walking around to get candy we wouldnt eat, but they got over it and we had a blast together!
