Saturday was sweethearts,  probably my last dance, and it was the best time I've had at a dance, Josh Miller was the best date! We didn't have a day activity because timing was off from basketball and a meeting I had. So we skipped it,  and honestly it was pretty great! I picked him up at 4:30 for pictures. And it was freezing so I hope the pictures turned out good since we didnt take that many! While waiting for everyone to show up Lys, Matt, Josh and I waited in the car. Then we had to get out and take the group picture and I am so glad josh is tall because we were in the back and had a wall blocking the wind. After pictures we headed over to Joy Luck for dinner and the plates were HUGE I was only able to eat half of it but it was delicious! We had early dinner and pictures so we got to the dance early which is good because josh had to warm up to the music before he lets himself go so he had 30 minutes to warm up and once he warmed up he was the best one on the dance floor!!...

This week was a pretty fun week On Monday we didnt have school so I wanted to hang out but everyone and their dog couldnt hang out but Ashley Edwards could so we went to subzero and had the best heart to heart. Everyone should have a heart to heart with someone on Monday and Mondays wouldn't be half bad!! She's one of the greatest friends I've had. Love you ash :) Tuesday not much happened, but I did Babysit the funniest kids ever!  They put on quite a show all night.  Wednesday Chad and Natalie had a few of us YMAD kids over for some Indian food and games. It was delicious, Chad was quite the cook!! I loved it!! After dinner we played telestrations let me just say that no one there could draw! This weekend was pretty interesting on Friday I went to the basketball game. It was pretty great I mean we killed them it was awesome.  Shout out to my girls Keslie and the Lees for getting our free throw cheer to catch on!! We finally got our josh cheer down so it's at least decent and all going the right way!! After that I got a call from cookie,  I was so happy she texted me. We went sledding with Bracken, Kai and Josh.  It wasn't just sledding it was EXTREME sledding an hour hike for a 30ish ride down. It was a blast other than the fact I couldnt breathe going up I had strep that's why it sucked so much. But Bracken liked the fact that I had to stop so much. Once we got to the top we made a fire it was hilarious those 3 guys are some of the funniest guys I've met. Bracken takes the gold though. Its been a few days since I have posted and honestly a lot has happened. On New Years Eve a lot went down, like a midnight Dennys run for Beaners birthday it was so fun we were all crazy tired but we are teenagers being awake at unreasonable times is what we do. But Dennys was kinda sending out Cassies birthday and welcoming Lauras! We had a blast just ask everyone else at Dennys that night. On New Years the Lees had a party and man it was so fun. Cassie, Morgan and I kept it alive with games, wii (just dance), dancing, sparklers, pictures,  etc. It was so fun. I dont want to list everyone that was there cause I will forget someone I am sure of it. But I can tell you a few favorites from that night. Bray, he is a punk to me but I know its just cause he secretly loves when I dance/sing to him. That kid is probably one of my favorite people! I could't be more excited about this christmas season, because I get to spend it with some of the funnest people. I have already started this week with a few outings Monday: I decorated the halls with some cute charlie brown and snoopy drawings in the north upper hall, check them out!! After that I went over to the Draper Tree Lighting Ceremony, it was weird because this year it was cold, but there wasn't any snow. Last year was way better because there was snow and there was a huge snowball fight that broke out! Tuesday: Utah officially broke out the Winter Season with a HUGE snowstorm, it literally snowed all day and all night, in suncrest we have a TON of snow now, cute sledding dates here we come! Wednesday: I personally broke in the Winter Season by pulling out all my christmas sweaters and boots, freak yes, i love my sweaters and my boots. Yes i do love my shorts and no shoes more but we live in Utah so we have to embrace it full force. Thursday: I had plans to go see...

Well eventful week last week- Sunday Ezras farewell Monday-Godfrey party Wednesday-ward Halloween party Thursday-Halloween with Ashley, Blake, Ecum (sam and evan too) Friday-Fear Factory with Ashley, Lucky and Blake Saturday the dance with Brandon :) It was hectic and I am dead tired but cant fall asleep so ill blog naturally! They were all mad cause ash and I werent feeling the whole walking around to get candy we wouldnt eat, but they got over it and we had a blast together! okay so this past weekend was my last homecoming, it is so bittersweet. i love being a senior and starting the senior chants and being at the top, but i love high school this year. its just so different for me and i love every second of this year. but my date. hello king of the school. he is the cutest! Porter Thorkelson! aka the 1st ever homecoming king, i was honored to be the 1st ever Homcoming Lady (they really don't have that but i just like to pretend i was royalty still) but it was seriously the best dance i have gone to. we went to the gardens and walked around and played hide and seek and 1 it was the perfect day and 2 the gardens are gorgeous 3 i was with the best group. then we went to cafe rio (porter and i stopped at panda instead) and we had a fun time just talking and hanging out, and making fun of jordyn.. *cough cough* brandon *cough* just kidding but then for dinner we went to macaroni grill and man it was delicious! we even got to color on the table like little...

Before the pep rally: CC you lack spirit, gosh dang it. No one wore class colors on Tuesday and no one wore Western anything on Wednesday. I am so excited, the first pep rally in the history of CC the first burning of the CC. I can't wait to see what traditions we start!  Yesterday was the 2nd day of powderpuff it was freezing, but as Sports editor for the newspaper I was all over it! White and Navy are in for the championship. Congrats!  After the pep rally: Navy won Powderpuff, and we are more than happy for them. White took 2nd, sexy silver (my team) took 3rd and yellow took 4th! Well done girls, I hope you all had as much fun as I did!! The Pep Rally was fun, I think that people dont understand, you sit with your class, you wear your class colors, seniors always win,and you get on the field when the fireworks are going off. Those are the rules of pep rallies!  Seniors had the most fun I would say. But man I cant say it enough, we SUCK at class/school pride....

okay folks, i am back. and it is homecoming week. and lets just say its a week of no sleep, no relaxing. i literally have something planned every second of everyday this week, sometimes over lapping. like yesterday monday . I wake up normally at 5:30 and get ready for early morning seminary , with the best teacher in the world, might i add. so i had that then school, and that's just draining enough. then  as most of you know i found out last week that i made it to the top six for royalty  we had an assembly practice after school and it was at 2:30 p.m. BUT i had a powder puff game at 2:45 p.m. so i hurried to the practice, got the info i needed and then had to go to the game. Sexy Silver lost their first game against Whitey Tightys, and man that team was rough, i know i got some bruises in that one. next we played the black plague, we had scrimmaged them before and they were so fun to play, the white team we took seriously but gaby and i were goofing off and ...

Okay Corner Canyon was probably the school of opportunity for me. I was crushed I didn't make sbo or anything but now I am HOSA pres, ASL VP, a final 6 nominee for Homecoming Royalty and let's be real none of that would have happened at Alta. I hope all you CC Seniors are taking advantage of it, we have so much available to us this year, use it!!  *perk of having a cool freshman brother, you get all his friends votes for everything, thanks JT* Also, Powderpuff..
